We are a small, family-owned, and operated shop. On Tuesday, Dec. 9th, our puppy started having seizures. We rushed to the Emergency Vet in Denver, where they conducted numerous tests and determined she has an autoimmune disease, causing inflammation in her brain. She is expected to make a full recovery over the next 2-3 months. However, currently, she requires around-the-clock care from us for her recovery. We had already planned to close December 18 – January 5th for the holidays and to rest & reset for 2026. Due to these new circumstances, we have decided to temporarily close, effective immediately from now until January 5, 2026.
What does that mean to you:
Current orders – we will be contacting you by December 16th with an individual order status and an update on when your order will be ready. We will be working odd hours to complete our current orders and thus will need to take an individualized approach to get your job to you.
New orders – We are happy to accept new orders if your completion timeline is after January 5th. As a small business, we don’t want to turn your business away; however, if you need your print order before January 5th, we will not be able to accommodate it. We apologize and hope you will visit us again after we reopen in 2026.
We truly appreciate and value you as a customer and hope you understand our family must come first during this time! Step 2: Order Accepted
Our team will review and accept your order within about 2-5 business hours. During this time, we will be reviewing your order for accuracy and completeness. You will receive an order ACCEPTED email. Please pay attention to the details of this email as we might need further details from you.
Step 3: Order Ready
Finally, you will receive an email stating your order is ready. You can pick up your order from our shop during normal business hours.

Print and Copy Order Status
If you need to check the status of your order, you can simply contact us. We will contact you when we receive the order and then again when it is done. But really, feel free to get in touch as we would love to have an EPIC conversation with you about all things printing!
